To make a reservation, please fill in the availability request form.
Within 24 hours we will advise you of availability, the total cost and the deposit required.
The deposit is 30%*of the total cost of your booking. Your booking will be provisionally confirmed on your advice that you are sending the deposit.
The balance is to be paid at the end of your stay. * For bookings of one day only the deposit is 50%.
The deposit is to be paid by bank transfer or postal order. Final confirmation of your booking will be given when we receive the payment. Your reservation will be definitively confirmed upon receipt of the deposit or copy of the receipt.
Cancellation of your booking must be made to us in writing via email or fax.
Deposits cannot be returned in the event of cancellation.
The Council of Castagneto Carducci has established a Visitors Tax. This was agreed by the council committee meeting G.M. n. 57 del 22/04/2013. The Visitors Tax for guests staying in our hotel is Euro 1,50 per person per day and is applied up to a maximum of 30 days.
THE VISITORS TAX IS APPLICABLE FROM THE 15th APRIL TO 15th OCTOBER.
