To make a reservation, please fill in the availability request form.
Within 24 hours we will advise you of availability, the total cost and the deposit required.
Confirmation of your booking is subject to a deposit/down payment of 30% of the total cost of your stay, the balance will be requested at the end of your stay. If the stay is for 1 or 2 nights, the deposit must be 50% of the total cost. In order for your booking to be definitive, therefore, it will be necessary to send a bank transfer or postal order. Your reservation will be definitively confirmed upon receipt of the deposit or copy of the receipt.
Any cancellation of a reservation must be made exclusively by Email or Fax. In the event of cancellation of a reservation, the deposit cannot be returned.
The Council of Castagneto Carducci has established a Visitors Tax. This was agreed by the council committee meeting G.M. n. 57 of 22/04/2013, the amount for our accommodation is EUR 2 per person per night, applied up to a maximum of 30 overnight stays. Exemptions are provided for children under 12 years of age, disabled persons with appropriate medical certification. For further information, please contact the management.
